Section 340 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Procedure for trying juvenile offenders. It provides as follows:

Where a child or young person is brought before the High Court or Magistrates’ Court charged with an offence, the charge shall be inquired into in accordance with the provisions of the Child’s Right Law and not in accordance with the provisions of this Law.
