Section 338 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Minister of Internal Affairs may withhold order and remit case to Court. It provides as follows:

If the Minister of Internal Affairs decides that no order of deportation shall be made, he shall inform the Court, the Court shall proceed to make such order of imprisonment or other punishment as may be authorised by Law.
