Section 333 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 333 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Deportation of a person threatening peace and order. It provides as follows:

Where it is shown by evidence on oath to the satisfaction of a Court that any person in the State is conducting or has conducted himself so as to constitute a threat to peace and order, or is endeavouring or has endeavoured to excite enmity between any section of the people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria or is intriguing or has intrigued against constituted power and authority in Nigeria, the Court shall recommend to the Minister of Internal Affairs that he be deported.
