Section 33 Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1881

Section 33 of the Conveyancing Act 1881 is about Power of new trustee appointed by court. It provides as follows:

(1.) Every trustee appointed by the Court of Chancery, or by the Chancery Division of the Court, or by any, other court trustee of competent jurisdiction, shall, as well before as after the trust property becomes by law, or by assurance, or otherwise, vested in him, have the same powers, authorities, and discretions, and may in all respects act, as if he had been originally appointed a trustee by the instrument, if any, creating the trust.

(2.) This section applies to appointments made either before or after the commencement of this Act.
