Section 323 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 323 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Payment of penalty to person executing warrant. It provides as follows:

In all cases where any person against whom a warrant of commitment for nonpayment of any sum of money adjudged to be paid by an order is issued, pays or tenders to the person having the execution of the same, the sum or sums in such warrant mentioned with the amount of the expenses of such warrant up to the time of such payment or tender, the person having the execution of such warrant shall cease to execute the same.
