Section 322 Investments and Securities Act

Section 322 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of members of the Tribunal. It is under Part XVII (Establishment, Jurisdiction, Authority and Procedure of The Investments and Securities Tribunal) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) The salaries and allowances of the Chairman, full-time members and Chief Registrar of the Tribunal shall be equivalent to the remuneration of the Chief Judge, Judges and Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court respectively.

(2) Without prejudice to the provision of subsection (1), the Tribunal may pay such allowances to the Chairman, members, and the Chief Registrar, as exigencies of duties may require towards the performance of their functions.
