Section 32 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 32 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Subject to the Governor’s consent, a registered holder of land may dispose of or deal with the land and create any interest or right over it.
