Section 32 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Provisions of sections 1 and 2 to apply to re-arrest under section 31. It provides as follows:

The provisions of sections 1 and 2 shall apply to re-arrest under section 31, although the person making such rearrest is not acting under a warrant and is not a Police Officer having authority to re-arrest.
