Section 314 Investments and Securities Act

Section 314 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Establishment of the Investments and Securities Tribunal. It is under Part XVII (Establishment, Jurisdiction, Authority and Procedure of The Investments and Securities Tribunal) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) There is established the Investments and Securities Tribunal (in this Act referred to as “the Tribunal”).

(2) The Tribunal shall exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority as conferred on it by this Act.
