Section 31 Recovery of Premises Act

Section 31 Recovery of Premises Act 1945 is about Use of forms. It provides as follows:

(1) Subject to the express provisions, if any, of the rules the forms contained in the Schedule to this Act may, in accordance with any instruction contained in the forms, and with such variations as the circumstances of the particular case may require, be used in the cases to which they apply, and, when so used, shall be good and sufficient in law.

(2) The forms may be added to, repealed, replaced or varied by rules made as aforesaid in all respects as if the forms had originally been so made.
