Section 31 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Duties of occupiers. It is under Part VI (Enforcement Warrants and Requests for Information) of the Act.

The occupier or person in charge of the place that an authorised officer, under a warrant, enters for the purpose of a search shall provide that authorised officer with all reasonable facilities and cooperation in executing the warrant.
