Section 306 Investments and Securities Act

Section 306 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Application of enactments. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

Nothing in this Part shall be construed as derogating from the provisions of any other enactment which restricts the borrowing of money by any body to which the provisions of this Part applies or requires the consent of any authority to the raising of such money by the body.
