Section 30 Recovery of Premises Act

Section 30 Recovery of Premises Act 1945 is about Appeal from order of possession in all cases. It provides as follows:

Either party to a proceeding to recover possession of any premises under this Act may appeal from the decision of the court to the appropriate court of appeal whatever may be the value of the subject matter in dispute.
