Section 30 NDLEA Act

Section 30 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Forfeiture of passports. It provides as follows:

The passport of any person convicted of an offence involving the illegal importation
or exportation of any narcotic drug or psychotropic substance shall be forfeited to the Federal Government and shall not be returned to that person unless or until the President directs otherwise after the grant of a pardon or on the exercise of the prerogative of mercy under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as amended.
