Section 3 Sheriffs and Civil Process Act

Section 3 of the Sheriffs and Civil Process Act 1945 is about Appointment of sheriff. It provides as follows:

There shall be appointed for each State of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, a tit and proper person to be the sheriff for the State or for the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
