Section 3 Sale of Goods Act 1893

Section 3 of the Sale of Goods Act 1893 is about Contract of sale, how made. It provides as follows:

Subject to the provisions of this Act and of any statute sale, how in that behalf, a contract of sale may be made in writing made. (either with or without seal), or by word of mouth, or partlyin writing and partly by word of mouth, or maybe implied from the conduct of the parties.

Provided that nothing in this section shall affect the law relating to corporations.
