Section 3 Nigeria Startup Act

Section 3 Nigeria Startup Act 2022 is about Establishment of the National Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship. It is under Part II (Establishment of the National Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship) of the Act.

(1) There is established the National Council for Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship (in this Act referred to as “the Council”).

(2) The Council —
(a) shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal ;
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name ; and
(c) may acquire, hold, purchase, mortgage and deal with property, movable or immovable, real or personal.
