Section 298 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Interim Order to Forfeit Property During Trial. It provides as follows:

The Court may upon written information on oath before the commencement or
conclusion of a trial, order an interim forfeiture of property, instrument or material where there is a reasonable ground for believing that any of such instrument, material, property, moveable or immovable or things have been provided or used for the commission of the offence charged and triable by the court and will not be made available at the conclusion of the trial or would have been otherwise dealt with by the defendant.
