Section 291 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Seizure of things intended to be used in commission of offence. It provides as follows:

The Court may order the seizure of any instruments, materials or things which there is reason to believe are provided or prepared, or being prepared, with a view to the offence triable by the Court and may direct the same to be forfeited, confiscated, held or otherwise dealt with in the same manner as property under section 294.
