Section 289 Investments and Securities Act

Section 289 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Separate sinking fund. It is under Part XVI (Issuance of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A separate sinking fund shall be established for each issuance of debt securities under this Part.
