Section 283 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 283 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Constitution. It is under C (Customary Court of Appeal of a State) of Part II (State courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.

For the purpose of exercising any jurisdiction conferred upon it by this Constitution or any law, a Customary Court of Appeal of a State shall be duly constituted if it consists of at least three Judges of that Court.
