Section 28 CAMA 2020

Section 28 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Form of memorandum of association. It is under Chapter 1 (Name of Company) of PART B (INCORPORATION OF COMPANIES AND INCIDENTAL MATTERS) of the Act.

Form of memorandum of association

Subject to the provisions of section 27 of this Act, the form of memorandum of association of—

(a) a company limited by shares,
(b) a company limited by guarantee, and
(c) an unlimited company,
shall be in such form as may be prescribed by regulations issued by the Commission.
