Section 27BZ3 Employment Rights Act 1996

Section 27BZ3 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is about Regulations. It provides as follows:

(1)Regulations under this Part may—

(a)make different provision for different purposes;

(b)make provision subject to exceptions.

(2)Regulations under this Part may provide that a reference in the regulations to a provision of legislation is to be read as a reference to that provision as amended from time to time.
