Section 254A of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 254A of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Establishment and composition of the National Industrial Court Court. It is under CC (The National Industrial Court) of Part I (Federal Courts) of Chapter VII (The Judicature) of the Constitution.

(1) There shall be a National Industrial Court of Nigeria.

(2) The National Industrial Court shall consist of:
(a) President of the National Industrial Court; and
(b) such number of Judges of the National Industrial Court as may be prescribed by an Act of the National Assembly.
