Section 252 CAMA 2020

Section 252 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Attendance at meetings. It is under Chapter 10 (Meetings and Proceedings of Companies) of the Act.

Every person who is entitled to receive notice of a general meeting of the company as provided under section 251 of this Act, is entitled to attend such a meeting.
