Section 25 Investments and Securities Act 2025

Section 25 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Annual report. It is under Part IV (Financial Provisions) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The Commission, shall not later than three months after the end of each year, submit to the Minister and the National Assembly, a report on the activities and administration of the Commission during the immediate preceding year and, shall include in such reports, audited accounts of the Commission and the report of the auditor on the accounts.
