Section 25 CAMA 2020

Section 25 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Unlimited company. It is under Chapter 1 (Formation of Company) of PART B (INCORPORATION OF COMPANIES AND INCIDENTAL MATTERS) of the Act.

Unlimited company

An unlimited company shall be registered with a share capital not below the minimum issued share capital permitted under section 27 (2) (a) of this Act.
