Section 246 Administration of Criminal Justice Law (ACJL) Lagos

Section 246 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Giving of decision upon conclusion of hearing. It provides as follows:

Upon the conclusion of hearing of a case, the Court shall either at the same or at an adjourned sitting give its decision on the case, either by dismissing or convicting the defendant and may make such other order as shall deem fit.
