Section 24 Sheriffs and Civil Process Act

Section 24 of the Sheriffs and Civil Process Act 1945 is about Execution of warrants of possession. It provides as follows:

For the purpose of executing a writ to give possession of any premises, it shall not be necessary to remove any goods or chattels from those premises.
