Section 24 Recovery of Premises Act

Section 24 Recovery of Premises Act 1945 is about Warrant of possession justifies entry on premises. It provides as follows:

Any warrant to give possession of premises shall justify the person named therein or to whom it is directed in entering upon the premises named therein, with such assistants as he shall deem necessary, and in giving possession accordingly but no entry upon such warrant shall be made on a Sunday or public holiday or at any time except between the hours of six o’clock in the morning and six o’clock in the afternoon.
