Section 23 Recovery of Premises Act

Section 23 Recovery of Premises Act 1945 is about Warrants of possession to be in force for three months. It provides as follows:

Every warrant of possession shall, on whatever day it may be issued, bear date of the day next after the last day named by the court in the order for the delivery of possession of the premises in question, and continue in force for three months from that date and no longer, but no order for delivery of possession need be drawn up or served.
