Section 22 of the Legislative Houses (Powers And Privileges) Act 2017 is about Notification of arrest of members of Legislative House. It provides as follows:

Where a member of a Legislative House is arrested or detained upon warrant or order of court or sentenced by the court, the court shall, immediately, notify the President or Speaker of the Legislative House.
