Section 22 Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018

Section 22 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Pension and gratuity. It is under Part IV (Management and Staff of the Commission) of the Act.

Service in the Commission shall be approved service for the purposes of pensions and accordingly, the officers, staff or employees of the Commission are entitled to pensions and other retirement benefits in accordance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act.
