Section 212 Investments and Securities Act

Section 212 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Investment of the funds of an investor protection fund. It is under Part XIV (Investor Protection Fund) of the Act. It provides as follows:

The board of trustees of an investor protection fund shall determine the manner of investing the money accruing to the fund as authorised by the Trustee Investments Act.
