Section 209 of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria

Section 209 of the Constitution of Nigeria 1999 is about Code of Conduct. It is under Chapter VI (The Executive) of the Act.

A person in the public service of a State shall observe and conform to the Code of Conduct.
