Section 205 Evidence Act 2011
Section 205 Evidence Act 2011 is titled ‘Oral evidence to be on oath or affirmation‘. It is under Part XII (TAKING OF ORAL EVIDENCE AND EXAMINATION OF WITNESSES) of the Act. It states as follows:
Save as otherwise provided in sections 208 and 209 of this Act all oral evidence given in any proceedings must be given upon oath or affirmation administered in accordance with the Oaths Act or Law, as the case may be.
