Section 20 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 20 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

Every register mentioned in Section 19 of this Law shall contain the following information-
(a) names and addresses of the parties to the transaction;

(b) description of the property:

(c) location of the property;

(d) survey plan of the property; and

(e) all other information that may be deemed necessary.
