Section 2 Statute of Frauds

Section 2 of Statute of Frauds is about Except leases not exceeding three years, etc. It provides as follows:

Except nevertheless all leases not exceeding the terme of three yeares from the makeing thereof whereupon the rent reserved to the landlord dureing such terme shall amount unto two third parts at the least of the full improved value of the thing demised.

Section 2 of the Statute of Frauds has been repealed by Law of Property Act 1925.
