Section 2 Cybercrimes Act

Section 2 of the Nigerian Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, Etc.) Act, 2015 is about Application. It is under Part I (Object and Application) of the Act.

The provisions of this Act shall apply throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
