Section 199 Electricity Act 2023

Section 199 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Annual report of the Institute. It is under Part XIX (National Power Training Institute of Nigeria) of the Act.

The Institute shall prepare and submit to the Minister, not later than 30 June of each financial year, a report in such a form as the Minister may direct, on the activities of the Institute during the immediately preceding financial year and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Institute as prepared under section 199 of this Act.
