Section 19 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 19 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Receipts by married infants. It provides as follows:

A married infant shall have power to give valid receipts for all income (including
accumulations of income made during the minority) to which the infant may be
entitled in like manner as if the infant were of full age.
