Section 188 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959
Section 188 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Rights of pre-emption capable of release. It provides as follows:
All statutory and other rights of pre-emption affecting a legal estate shall be
and be deemed always to have been capable of release, and unless released shall
remain in force as equitable interests only.
