Section 187 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Fine for non-attendance of witness. It provides as follows:

Every person who defaults in attending as a witness in either of the cases mentioned ss.185 and 186 of this Law shall be liable, on the summary order of the Court, to a fine of Five Thousand Naira (N=5,000:00).
