Section 180 Investments and Securities Act

Section 180 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Status of assets. It is under Part XIII (Collective Investments Schemes) of the Act. It provides as follows:

For the purpose of this Act any money or other assets received from an investor and assets of a scheme, are regarded as being trust property.
