Section 18 Recovery of Premises Act 1945 is about Report of appraisers to be evidence. It provides as follows:

A report in writing, purporting to be signed by the person, or persons, appointed by the court under Section 17 of this Act, shall be received in evidence in all courts, until it is shown that the report was not so signed.
