Section 18 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 18 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Infants not to be appointed trustees. It provides as follows:

The appointment of an infant to be a trustee in relation to any settlement or trust
shall be void, but without prejudice to the power to appoint a new trustee to fill the vacancy.
