Section 18 Copyright Act

Section 18 Copyright Act 2022 is about Commencements of rights. It is under Part I (Objectives, Scope and Subsistence of Copyright) of the Act.

Subject to the provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of this Act, copyright shall commence when the work is created or made.
