Section 18 NDLEA Act

Section 18 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Preventing a person from attending as a witness. It provides as follows:

Any person who wilfully prevents or attempts to prevent any person who has been
duly summoned to attend as a witness before the Federal High Court from attending as a witness, or from producing anything in evidence pursuant to the subpoena or summons served on him shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and liable on conviction to be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years.
