Section 173 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 173 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Application of Part VII to existing powers. It provides as follows:

This Part of this Law applies to powers created or arising either before or after
the commencement of this Law.
