Section 168 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 168 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Release of powers simply collateral. It provides as follows:

A person to whom any power, whether coupled with an interest or not, is given
may by deed release, or contract not to exercise, the power.
